Laureen Guerriero joins the NEOS Team as Senior Consultant, effective September 17, 2012. In her new role, Laureen will be responsible for designing and developing training for a large-scale state agency system, which will train over 10,000 employees.
Laureen is a dynamic and dedicated training and development consultant, instructional designer and project manager with 15+ years of success in leading domestic and global large scale operations training initiatives and teams. Her expertise includes training needs analysis, program design and development, training implementation practices and adult learning theory in a corporate environment using varied learning methodologies, including virtual and blended learning curriculum to meet the technical and business needs of the organization.
Laureen joins NEOS after two years in the non-profit sector as the Advancement Director at St. Timothy Middle School, West Hartford, CT. In this role, she modernized their communication and fundraising efforts. In addition to this experience, Laureen brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how from her 18 year financial services career at Hartford Life, where she received special recognition for her performance and achievements.
Laureen received a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Connecticut. She also has over 15 years of volunteer leadership experience with the Sierra Club’s Inner City Outings program and is the current National Board Chair.
