Tell me a little bit about what you do for NEOS and our clients.
I help USIP in multiple ways. My most common contribution is leading client delivery projects, helping grow our business pipeline using my network of insurance contacts, and contributing to thought leadership with my subject matter expertise.
If you could choose one word to describe the culture at NEOS, what would it be and why?
Supportive. I really enjoy the culture here. Everyone is super helpful and encouraging, and it really feels like everyone is pulling for one another. That is the type of culture I like being part of. Corporate environments are not always like that in other businesses and consulting firms.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I was passionate about acting in college and played the title role of Shakespeare’s “Othello” my senior year. Then, I auditioned and was accepted to an acting school in New York called the National Shakespeare Conservatory. Had I enrolled, it would have automatically put me in off-Broadway productions. At the last moment, I decided to go into business instead.
What is the best advice that you have ever received?
Think big, think outside the box, and believe in yourself!
If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be and why?
Do not procrastinate. Be sure to make it happen sooner rather than later, since time moves fast no matter what.
What are you most passionate about at NEOS?
The opportunity to contribute USIP’s growth through client facing work, thought leadership, and innovating solutions… and having fun with our team in the process!
