As a Senior Principal and Head of the Strategy and Operations practice, what is it that you do at NEOS and for our clients?
I help run the company as part of the Executive Leadership Team. My job runs across four primary areas: Client Account Management, Business Development, Practice Leadership, and Internal Operations. In a nutshell, I lead two large accounts for NEOS, generate leads and develop new business, run the Strategy and Operations practice, and oversee the Talent team. Basically, I do whatever it takes to advance the NEOS mission and vision, support my colleagues, and deliver value to clients.
If you were asked to give a 40-minute presentation, with absolutely no preparation, what could you give it on?
The kings and queens of England from 1066 to present, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, how to make the best pasta sauce with meatballs, or for work-related items – FutureWeek℠, meeting facilitation, instructional design, and evaluation.
Which technology innovation has made the most impact on your life?
The Kindle. I no longer have to pack a separate suitcase with books when I go on vacation. I can carry my entire collection with me. I save money by downloading samples rather than buying books that I end up not reading/liking.

If you could choose one word to describe the NEOS culture, what would it be, and why?
Family. It’s the one word that encapsulates all the other words and phrases that came to mind – collaborative, fun, friendly, committed, diverse, shared values. It’s the best job I’ve had in over 30 years of working.
