Technical Lead, Salesforce Centre of Excellence

Requirements & Skills:

  • • Solution Architecture: Leverage knowledge of ecosystem, business process, functional requirements and data model to generate end to end solution designs that deliver required performance and functionality.
  • • Technical & Data Design: Own the end to end solution design at a technical and data level to create solutions that leverage native capabilities, AppExchange, platform and industry best practices to deliver the performance, reliability and functionality required.
  • • DevOps Team Management: Lead and coach the DevOps team in executing the technical design and perform technical and functional QA & sign off.
  • • At least 5 years of salesforce development & 2 years solution architecture experience in corporate environments. Must include integration, custom coding, and more than 10 implementations/releases.
  • • At least 1 year of salesforce automation/workflows/flow experience
  • • Salesforce developer 2 certification and demonstrable expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Lightning and Analytics. Preferably Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect.
