Here’s what we’re looking for…

NEOS LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who can plan and drive client engagements with a focus on delivering value. We’d like a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on consulting experience with a major firm and a demonstrated ability to achieve success by leading and motivating a team. Insurance and/or Financial Services industry experience is a must. What is required is a strong mastery of core consulting skills, a client service orientation, and proficiency in one or more specialty areas (process, strategy and planning, technology strategy, data/information services, project management, etc.).

Major Job Objectives to Meet Success...

  • • Stay current on industry or area of focus trends. Advise clients based on depth of experience and subject matter expertise.
  • • Formalize and enhance NEOS solutions based on client experience.
  • • Generate new content and produce deliverables that adhere to standards with a tight review cycle.
  • • Independently generate well-written, graphical, structured, and effective client deliverables that communicate straightforward solutions to the client. Deliverables should reflect personal subject matter expertise and experience. Leverage available templates or past projects.
  • • Apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical experience. Formulate strategies from recommendations and observations to add value to projects.
  • • Mentor less experienced team members.
  • • Identify opportunities through personal network. Continue to expand personal network.
  • • Manage own work – think ahead to successfully accomplish assignments.
  • • Work closely with clients to establish, develop, and nurture trusted advisor relationships.
  • • Interview and help select both entry-level and experienced candidates, providing relevant comments and "tech-ing" the candidates based on area of subject matter expertise.

Skills you'll need...

  • • At least 5 years hands-on consulting experience with a large consulting firm, insurance industry a plus
  • • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams in delivering project milestones
  • • Strong business acumen with a focus on client needs and value
  • • Operations management background
  • • Process management background
  • • Six Sigma and or Lean skill set
  • • Has conceptualized and produced client deliverables
  • • Effective presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • • Personal Qualifications
  • • Strong professional business acumen with ability to influence, lead and listen
  • • Adaptable in approach, deliverables, and relationships and comfortable managing change
  • • Self-directed and self-initiating
