Here’s what we’re looking for…

NEOS LLC is looking for experienced Process Analyst with 5 years’ hands-on experience documenting current state processes, redesigning future state processes, and creating implementation plans including software evaluation and selection. Lean or Six-Sigma experience is a plus but is not required. Background in business analysis, project management, and/or change management, is also desired. Prior consulting experience is preferred.

 

Major Job Objectives for Success…

The successful candidate will work independently or as part of a larger project team to document the current state of an organization, business architecture, and business processes.
Leading or working as part of a team to re-imagine future state processes, identify and articulate actionable quick hits, and develop improvements. Must have the skills to create polished, high quality client deliverables.

 

Skills & Experience You'll Need

  • Experience as a consultant is preferred but not required.
  • Some project management/event planning experience preferable.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools, e.g. Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Expertise with documenting business requirements, functional specifications, process maps/flows.
  • Experience in process re-design, continuous process improvement methods and techniques and comfortable facilitating end-to-end business process evaluation sessions.
  • Strong systems integration experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Assessment and analysis skills (team dynamics, processes, problem solving, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Firm command of the English language – spoken and written.
  • Effective listener.
  • Decision making and consensus building.
  • Meeting management flare.
  • Priority setting.
