Ernst Renner, CEO & Managing Partner
As CEO, Ernst is responsible for the vision and direction of NEOS and Vgo Software. His professional background spans more than 20 years of executive management and leadership in national and international business and technology. Ernst left Hartford Life, where he led the information architecture efforts for individual annuities, group annuities, mutual fund and life business units, to start NEOS in 2000. Since then, he has worked with clients in the insurance, financial services and media industries. He is actively engaged with NEOS clients and partners to ensure success in every engagement. Ernst holds a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University.
Robert Nocera, CTO & Partner
Robert has been designing and developing object oriented systems and applications for over a decade. Robert has multi-disciplinary technical skills throughout enterprise architecture technologies. As CTO, Robert leads the technology drive for NEOS and is the visionary behind the NEOS Vgo product set. His business expertise includes financial services, media and pharmaceuticals where he has worked with companies such as The Hartford, Nielsen Media and Pfizer, Inc. Robert holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Randall J. Love, VP Strategic Solutions
Randy is responsible for client solution delivery and partner relationships for NEOS. Randy has over 20 years of Information Technology and Business experience. Prior to joining NEOS, Randy led successful Architecture and Business Intelligence teams as an IT Executive for two large Financial Services and Insurance companies. Randy holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a MS in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
Carla Gregory, VP Consulting Operations
Carla brings over 23 years of consulting experience in the business process management, organization development, and operations efficiency spaces. Prior to joining NEOS, Carla led the business process management practice for a global, US-based consulting firm; ran the international service operations effectiveness team, and the organization and employee development department at a global financial services company; and worked as a project manager and consultant for industry-leading consulting firm, Accenture. Carla holds a BA from the University of Connecticut and is a certified professional Executive and Leadership Coach.
Robert Przybylski, Business Development Director
Robert (Bob) Przybylski leads the business development efforts at NEOS, leveraging his +25 years in consulting solution sales and service. From his long tenure with Coopers & Lybrand, Bob has been working with Fortune 500 clients throughout the Northeast to develop long-lasting relationships. In his role at NEOS, Robert is also charged with working with our strategic partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that can be best adapted for our client's needs. During his career Bob has assisted clients in finding solutions to their Business and IT problems by understanding their needs, then directing them to a cost effective solution. Robert holds both a BS and MS from the University of Connecticut.
Sean Burns, Director
Sean brings to NEOS over 25 years of Business and Consulting experience across Financial Services, Manufacturing and Government Services. Prior to joining NEOS, Sean led large business and technology transformation engagements, Compliance and Risk Management initiatives as well as Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence teams. Sean's experience across Business and Technology organizations provides an understanding of how to create solutions that reduce operational risk while improving business outcome. Sean holds a BS in Computer Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
George Perron, Director
George Perron is a Consulting Director at NEOS, where he leverages his background in legacy systems modernization, business consulting and quality management on client engagements. Throughout his 30+ year career, George has led large scale system conversions, and consolidation and modernization efforts for clients around the world. George has also helped restructure organizations, improve development efficiencies through SDLC design and optimize quality assurance. Prior to NEOS, George was a Director at The Hartford Financial Services group and had played many different leadership roles in his 27 year career.
