Kevin Ladwig Managing Consultant
Kevin Ladwig brings more than twenty-five years of consulting experience to his role as Managing Consultant at NEOS. His consulting endeavors encompass IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Business Transformation Planning, Health Information Exchange, Business Process Architecture, Business Intelligence, Project Management Office, Enterprise Resource Planning, and IT Service Delivery and Support.
Kevin’s career has afforded him the opportunity to serve clients across a multitude of industries such as healthcare, oil &gas, financial services, insurance, information media, professional services, federal government, and Department of Defense.
Prior to NEOS, Kevin spent 4 years in the U.S. Air Force followed by over 10 years at EDS. He later managed Arthur Andersen’s Blue Martini practice for the southwest region.
Since with NEOS Kevin has led Data Management projects for a nationally recognized statistical ratings organization, large information media company and several large insurers and financial services organizations. Kevin has led a team to analyze existing data and application landscape in order to populate Collibra with a data domain hierarchy, application and database inventory, data dictionary, and related data structures / lineage. He has developed a Business Reference Model (BRM) for one of the largest diversified insurance and financial services organizations in the world.
Kevin graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Park University in Missouri—Summa Cum Laude—and continues to maintain his certifications in Project Management, Change Management, and Information Technology Services.
He currently serves on the Board for The North Texas chapter of Data Management Association (DAMA), which is a non-profit, professional organization with the vision to promote best practices in data and information management.
